Get to know this plan

  • Your relationship with your primary care provider (PCP) is important. You can choose an in-network provider or we will match you with one, one month after you start. See them for preventive care like annual checkups, managing chronic conditions and referrals to other providers you may need.
  • Stay in-network and make your wallet happy. Be sure to check that your doctor is in-network to avoid any surprise costs. (We’ve got some pretty great doctors to choose from.) Services received from providers outside of the network will not be covered (except for Emergency care).
  • You’ll need a referral to see an in-network specialist. To make sure the services are covered, your primary care provider must submit a referral to us before you can see a specialist. Without a referral, you may be responsible for the full cost of the service.
  • It’s easy to search our network. Plus, you can update your PCP at any time.
